Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years of relevant pilot experience
  • Able to effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers
  • COVID vaccination required
  • Refrain from alcohol consumption at all times
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work multiple shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, sitting, walking, feeling, fingering, grasping, talking, and hearing
  • Willingness to work in various environmental conditions including extreme cold and heat, noise, vibration, hazards, and exposure to dust, fumes, and oils
  • Job requires problem-solving ability with some creativity
  • Self-directed with autonomy and discretion in decision-making
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and commitment to results
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Airline Transport Pilot License
  • Current first class medical certification
  • Current type rating for aircraft in the fleet including CJ4 CE252, Citation X+ CE750, or CE700 Longitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and mastery in aviation safety and operations
  • Ability to interpret weather data and flight regulations
  • Experience with flight planning and logistics management

Job Duties

  • File flight plans with FSS and obtain weather data to ensure safe flight conditions
  • Perform pre-flight and in-flight safety checks
  • Clean and stock aircraft with necessary supplies
  • Prepare aircraft for departure and secure at the end of flights
  • Assist Director of Flight Operations with hiring, onboarding, training new pilots
  • Ensure fleet maintenance adheres to FAA and regulatory standards
  • Pilot aircraft safely and maintain type ratings
  • Manage overall travel logistics including compliance with international regulations, ground transportation, and accommodations
  • Perform housekeeping and replenish stock in terminal and aircraft
  • Assist in selection and purchasing of operational supplies
