Job Requirements
- Must live within 45 minutes of Rancocas, NJ
- must maintain FASS Class II medical
- must hold valid FAA pilot certificate
- must maintain night and instrument currency
- must have minimum 2000 hours flight time
- must have minimum 500 hours multi-engine time
- must be able to perform preflight inspections and related duties
- must be able to travel on short notice domestically and internationally
- must have valid U.S. Passport and driver’s license
- must be physically able to perform essential job functions
- must complete hiring process including assessment, drug testing, background check
Job Qualifications
- FAA Commercial Certificate with multi-engine rating
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate preferred
- minimum 2000 hours flight time
- minimum 500 hours multi-engine time
- jet aircraft experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- bachelor's degree preferred
Job Duties
- Operate company aircraft as directed by the Chief Pilot
- adhere to Indel Flight Operations Manual guidance
- maintain current FASS Class II medical and FAA pilot certificate
- maintain night and instrument currency
- perform preflight inspections, refueling, aircraft movement and file flight plans
- accomplish trip planning including weight and balance calculations, weather analysis, fuel load and coordinating with destination FBO
- assist passengers with transportation and provide accurate flight information
- perform post flight inspections, aircraft servicing, cleaning and complete required paperwork
- support runway and hangar maintenance, aircraft cleaning, and stocking food and water
- assist maintenance personnel as needed
- review daily security reports, correct discrepancies and update Security Guard Operating Manual
- act as liaison between security and company representatives
- perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
