Job Requirements

  • Commercial Pilot license with instrument and multi-engine ratings
  • minimum of 1500 total flight hours
  • high school diploma
  • FAA Class I or II Medical
  • knowledge of FAA regulations relevant to Authority aircraft operations
  • ability to communicate effectively with passengers and flight crew
  • ability to make safe in-flight control decisions
  • capability to operate complex aviation equipment
  • availability for occasional operations outside normal business hours
  • ability to manage operations in challenging meteorological conditions such as thunderstorms, high winds, ice, and snow

Job Qualifications

  • Commercial Pilot license with instrument and multi-engine ratings

  • knowledge of FAA regulations pertinent to Authority aircraft operations
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • problem-solving ability and effective cockpit resource management skills
  • ability to make critical in-flight decisions
  • experience operating complex equipment in dynamic environments
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to ensure safety and security of personnel and assets

Job Duties

  • Safely operate company airplane as Pilot Flying in accordance with FAA regulations
  • assist and conduct flight planning and monitor weather
  • maintain aircraft readiness and oversee routine servicing
  • maintain and verify aircraft and pilot flight records using PFM software
  • maintain contact with Chief Pilot and Travel Desk to update schedule changes and passenger needs
  • assist with passenger scheduling
  • verify navigational databases, charts, and FAA publications
  • coordinate with fixed-base operators for fueling and de-icing services
