Job Requirements

  • Must have one or more of the following credentials: degree in Exercise Science or related field, accredited personal training or group fitness certification, or a 500-hour Pilates certification
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fitness industry including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • Ability to confidently use Google Workspace and quickly learn new technology
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Community-minded attitude with a connection-driven approach
  • Positive and team-focused leadership style

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver powerful class experiences by teaching approximately 15 BODYBAR Pilates classes weekly
  • Lead with a service-first mindset by creating standout member experiences rooted in professionalism, positivity, and connection
  • Build a high-performing instructor team by recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and supporting talent
  • Collaborate on studio growth by partnering with leadership to drive sales, foster local partnerships, and lead outreach efforts
  • Own the class schedule by strategically building and managing the lineup to meet client demand and maximize engagement
  • Drive performance through data by tracking key metrics and using KPIs to inform decisions
  • Oversee equipment readiness by managing maintenance and coordinating repairs
  • Fuel a strong studio culture by actively engaging with members to foster connection and community
