Job Requirements
- Eighteen years or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- must have reliable transportation
- maintain professional appearance and good hygiene standards
- ability to work flexible hours, arrive on time, and be dependable
- ability to contribute to the team and maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- demonstrate friendly attitude and great customer service skills

Job Qualifications
- One year supervisor role
- food handler’s certificate according to state or local requirements
- ability to communicate ideas, suggestions, and concerns constructively and professionally
- strong verbal, reading, and math skills
- ability to make timely decisions to meet guest and business needs
- ability to perform effectively and safely with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Assist with management of all operations within the restaurant
- drive excellent customer service and maintain company standards
- assist with finding, hiring, and developing great Crew Members and Shift Supervisors
- oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring proper food safety precautions
- draw up weekly schedules, order merchandise, and assist General Manager with training, recruiting, promotions and planning
- manage the restaurant budget and financial plans
- create and maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere among employees and customers
- ensure food safety, quality, and sanitation including receiving shipments and proper storage of ingredients and supplies
- oversee periodic health, safety, and security audits and initiate corrective actions
- ensure the facility and equipment meet Pieology standards
- follow proper opening and closing procedures
