Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • leadership or supervisory experience beneficial
  • ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments

  • ability to use smartphones and email daily
  • basic computer literacy
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Professionally clean and maintain properties using company standards
  • sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces
  • move portable furniture to clean underneath and behind
  • assist with laundry as needed
  • create a welcoming environment for guests and owners
  • assist with scheduling and supply organization
  • provide input on evaluations and disciplinary actions
  • identify and report damages creating maintenance tickets
  • manage, mentor, train, and support a small housekeeping team
  • ensure housekeeping staff follows assigned work methods and routines
  • perform quality inspections of completed cleans
  • touch-up cleans when necessary
  • maintain open and collaborative relationships with management and team
  • provide cross-coverage for manager and co-lead housekeepers
  • collect and remove trash and debris
  • meet housekeeping metrics
  • attend mandatory meetings
  • replenish consumable items
  • maintain hot tubs with training
  • perform other assigned responsibilities
