Job Duties
- efficiently and effectively communicate with other co-workers and customers to achieve high quality customer service
- communicate and engage with the Evansville Otters fanbase
- serve food to fanbase
- transportation of food to and from designated group outing sections
- communicate with Group Sales intern/director for food replenishment needs
- maintain a clean serving area for customers, co-workers and yourself
- uphold food health standards and clean appearance
- teardown and organization of buffet table, dishes and utensils post service
- cleaning of group outing dishes and utensils
- provide the highest quality fan service and care
- provide positive interaction with fans in your section
