Job Duties
- Keeping the service drive clear
- parking customer vehicles
- hanging keys in appropriate area
- cleaning service drive when needed
- drive to customer locations to pick up vehicles scheduled for service
- safely deliver vehicles back to customers post-service, ensuring clear communication about the service performed and any recommendations
- provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers
- maintain accurate records of all pickups and deliveries, including mileage and customer feedback
- ensure the safe operation of the vehicle and report any maintenance or safety issues as necessary
- collaborate with the service team to manage the schedule efficiently and accommodate customer requests
