Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of pickleball experience
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
- Comfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships
- Must obtain CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire

- Excellent customer service skills with friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude
- Thorough knowledge of the game of tennis and effective teaching styles and techniques
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships
- PPR, PCI, IPTPA or RPO certified
- CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
Job Duties
- Owns all preparation work required for tournament, including submitting tournament application, setting up tournament on designated website, promoting and marketing, handling all tournament registrations, uploading and updating completed draws for each tournament by designated time, creating tournament desk schedule and assigning team member hours, and coordinating court scheduling with Pickleball Lead
- Leads and supervises during tournament and events to ensure all pickleball courts and equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition, and partners with additional Life Time departments as needed
- Quickly and efficiently responds to member questions, comments, and concerns to ensure tournament participants continue their involvement
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding pickleball tournament revenue and contribution margin goals
- Actively manages expenses including labor, officials, and supplies while reducing non-essential costs
- Recaps tournament financials post event
- Ensures excellent customer service experience to encourage repeat business
- Develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
- Coordinates with Pickleball Lead and other departments to optimize tournament scheduling and operations
