Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience teaching pickleball or similar recreational sports
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly outgoing and positive attitude
- Thorough knowledge of pickleball and effective teaching techniques
- Excellent communication time management and organization skills
- Comfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships
- Ability to sit stand walk reach climb and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must complete certification from International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association or Professional Pickleball Registry within six months of hire

Job Duties
- Monitor demonstrate and instruct students during lessons on proper techniques tactics and strategies to improve their pickleball game
- Teach on court on average 30+ hours per week between tennis and pickleball combined
- Develop safe professional and comprehensive pickleball lessons and programs to encourage continued involvement and positive feedback
- Create exceptional member experiences by involving members in programs tournaments and special events and ensuring facilities and equipment are clean organized and in good condition
- Participate in system wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and Member Activities ensuring pickleball is integral to Life Time brand
- Attend meetings related to pickleball
