Job Requirements
- Hs graduate or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience
- excellent customer service skills, friendly, outgoing and positive attitude
- thorough knowledge of the game of pickleball and possesses effective teaching styles and techniques
- excellent communication, time management and organization skills
- comfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships with members and team members
- ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
- within 6 months of hire must complete one of the following certifications: International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association (IPTPA) and/or Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR)

Job Duties
- Monitor, demonstrate and instruct students during pickleball lessons on proper techniques, tactics and strategies to improve their overall pickleball game
- personally teach on court on average 30+ hours per week
- develop safe, professional and comprehensive pickleball lessons and programs to ensure students develop along a pathway that will encourage continued involvement and a positive Net Promoter Score
- create exceptional member experiences by involving members with programs, tournaments and special events, fully utilizing available marketing support and tools, and ensure the pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
- participate in system wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and Member Activities, ensuring pickleball is an integral component of the Life Time brand
- attend specific meetings related to pickleball
