Job Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude
- Thorough knowledge of the game of pickleball and effective teaching styles and techniques
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
- Comfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships with members and team members
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
- HS graduate or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience
- Completion of one of the following certifications within 6 months of hire: International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association (IPTPA) and/or Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR)

Job Duties
- Monitor, demonstrate, and instruct students during pickleball lessons on proper techniques, tactics, and strategies to improve their overall pickleball game
- Teach personally on court on average 30+ hours per week
- Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive pickleball lessons and programs to ensure students develop along a pathway that encourages continued involvement and a positive Net Promoter Score
- Create exceptional member experiences by involving members with programs, tournaments, and special events
- Fully utilize available marketing support and tools
- Ensure the pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
- Participate in the system wide sales effort with Membership Advisors and Member Activities, ensuring pickleball is an integral component of the Life Time brand
- Attend specific meetings related to pickleball
