Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience teaching or playing pickleball
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
- Completion of IPTPA or PPR certification within 6 months of hire
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of pickleball techniques and teaching methods
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with diverse age groups
- Friendly and positive attitude

- Thorough knowledge of the game of pickleball and effective teaching styles and techniques
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships with members and team members
- Certification from IPTPA or PPR within 6 months of hire preferred
- CPR and AED certification preferred
Job Duties
- Monitor, demonstrate, and instruct students during pickleball lessons on proper techniques, tactics, and strategies to improve their overall pickleball game
- Teach on court on average 30+ hours per week
- Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive pickleball lessons and programs that encourage continued involvement and positive member feedback
- Create exceptional member experiences by involving members with programs, tournaments, and special events
- Ensure pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Participate in system wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and Member Activities to promote pickleball as a key component of the Life Time brand
- Attend specific pickleball-related meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals
