Job Requirements
- HS graduate or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Completion of IPTPA and/or PPR certification within 6 months of hire
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude
- Thorough knowledge of pickleball game
- Effective teaching styles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with all age groups
- Ability to build positive relationships with members and team members

Job Duties
- Monitor, demonstrate, and instruct students during pickleball lessons on proper techniques, tactics, and strategies to improve their overall pickleball game
- Personally teach on court on average 30+ hours per week
- Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive pickleball lessons and programs to ensure students develop along a pathway that will encourage continued involvement and a positive Net Promoter Score
- Create exceptional member experiences by involving members with programs, tournaments, and special events, fully utilizing available marketing support and tools
- Ensure the pickleball facilities and equipment used are clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Participate in the system wide sales effort with Membership Advisors and Member Activities, ensuring pickleball is an integral component of the Life Time brand
- Attend specific meetings related to pickleball
