Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license for the required vehicle type
- Must meet commercial driver qualification requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- No relocation offered
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy tires and equipment
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures diligently
- Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment
- Willingness to attend training sessions
Job Duties
- Pick up and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings and other products between Goodyear locations, customers and dealers
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, and wheel assemblies following safety procedures
- Complete all required documentation for deliveries accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to meet service goals
- Keep equipment documents and maintenance records up to date, including DOT logs
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods
