Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • No relocation assistance provided
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous delivery driving experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work safely by following all safety procedures
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Willingness to attend required training sessions

Job Duties

  • Pick up and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, and related products between Goodyear locations, customers, and dealers
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, and mounted wheel assemblies while following all safety procedures
  • Complete all necessary documentation for deliveries accurately and timely
  • Provide service excellence consistently to meet location and customer service goals
  • Keep equipment documents and maintenance records up to date, including DOT logs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  • Perform manual tasks involving heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods
