Job Duties
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments
- ensure safe and secure transport of vehicles while following all traffic laws
- communicate professionally with customers regarding pickup and delivery times
- conduct visual inspections of vehicles before and after transport, noting any concerns
- assist the service team with basic vehicle coordination and logistics as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership's service vehicle
- assist team with calling and scheduling appointments during down time
- following up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction
