Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle required
- Must meet commercial driver qualification requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- No relocation offered
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to follow safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment
- Self-starter with initiative
- Able and willing to work without direct supervision
- Willing to attend training sessions
Job Duties
- Pickup and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, and related products between Goodyear locations, customers, and dealers
- Maintain customer relationships and build customer satisfaction
- Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, and mounted wheel assemblies while following safety procedures
- Complete all required documentation for deliveries
- Provide service excellence to meet service goals of the location and customers
- Keep all equipment maintenance records and DOT logs up to date
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Perform manual tasks including lifting heavy tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods
