Job Duties
- Supervise front office operations as directed by hotel management
- work front desk shifts and assist, train, coach, and guide the front desk team
- ensure all associates follow CMC and Marriott policies and guest satisfaction standards
- interface with previous shift and managers to update on hotel activities
- provide expedient check-in and check-out service
- be knowledgeable of hotel property and in-house events
- provide guests information concerning hotel policies and amenities
- assist in reaching monthly brand standard goals in customer service, employee training, and brand recognition
- schedule front desk associates to maintain budget and control overtime
- supervise daily shift processes ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
- verify associates are in uniform and follow dress code
- train, direct, resolve issues, coach, and counsel front desk team members
- demonstrate positive leadership to inspire team members
- supervise efficient front desk operations including night audit proficiency
- act as a role model sharing expertise and inspiring the front office team
- ensure daily completion of brand quality standards
- ensure security for hotel customers, employees, and assets
- execute any other tasks deemed necessary by hotel management
