Job Description

The healthcare group seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist is a well-established, privately owned tropical healthcare provider based in Tamuning, Guam. Founded in 1999, this group is recognized as the largest radiology center in Guam for over two decades. With a total of approximately 160 employees, the group operates one main location and provides comprehensive radiology services to the community, including reading imaging for the two civilian hospitals in the region. Job Requirements

  • MD or DO degree
  • board certification or eligibility in radiology
  • ability to interpret X-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, and nuclear medicine studies
  • willingness to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite
  • availability to work 8am-6pm Guam time if remote
  • no call or weekend availability
  • eligibility for visa sponsorship if applicable
  • commitment to high professional and ethical standards

Job Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • board certification or board eligibility in radiology
  • experience in neuroradiology, body imaging, or vascular imaging preferred
  • ability to work remotely or onsite according to schedule
  • strong communication skills for discussing findings with providers
  • willingness to start quickly for visa sponsorship (J1/H1B)

Job Duties

  • interpret diagnostic imaging studies including X-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, and nuclear medicine
  • communicate critical findings with referring providers
  • collaborate with a team of interventional and diagnostic radiologists
  • manage workload of approximately 70-80 studies per day
  • participate in multidisciplinary case discussions when needed
  • maintain high standards of diagnostic accuracy and patient care
  • adhere to work schedule based on chosen work modality (remote, hybrid, onsite)
