Job Requirements

- OB/GYN board certification or eligibility
- Valid state medical license
- Excellent clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts
- Commitment to high-quality patient care

Job Duties
- Cover 24-7 in-hospital obstetric emergencies
- Collaborate with local OBs to provide comprehensive patient care
- Manage labor and delivery processes
- Provide cesarean section support and childbirth preparation
- Participate in postpartum support and education programs
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality in women’s healthcare
- Lead and work collaboratively within the hospital setting
