Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical rep, customer service management, medical device rep, practice development, or healthcare marketing
- Event planning experience strongly preferred
- Established professional network in Northwest Arkansas preferred
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft platforms, CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, executives, and team members
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Budget management experience
- Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends
- Self-starter
- Polished, confident and professional presence
- High emotional intelligence

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical rep, customer service management, medical device rep, practice development, or healthcare marketing

Job Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers, office managers, and referral coordinators
- Conduct regular in-person visits to targeted practices, providers, and other organizations across the market to promote collaboration and identify opportunities for service enhancement
- Identify referral barriers and develop actionable solutions
- Educate providers on services, treatment protocols, and patient qualification criteria
- Develop and manage strategic targeting objectives, outreach activity plans and growth initiative planning
- Collaborate with leadership to plan growth initiatives, leveraging data to identify opportunities and measure progress
- Ensure accurate documentation of interactions, feedback and identified barriers in the relationship management system to support reporting and strategy development
- Identify and cultivate new target specialties such as PCP, cardiology, podiatry, wound care, OB/GYN, and urology
- Provide insights on provider preferences, market trends, competitive positioning and service enhancement opportunities based on outreach and data analysis
- Assist in launching new service lines through outreach and onboarding activities
- Represent the clinic at healthcare networking and regional events
- Coordinate marketing strategies and brand representation with Marketing Team
- Plan and coordinate strategic events including referring provider lunches and dinners, open houses, community engagement events, provider and team appreciation events, health fairs and expos
- Partner with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective promotion
- Manage event budgets and measure ROI to ensure impact
