Job Requirements
- Board-certified or eligible in internal medicine preferred or family medicine with experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to manage critical care skills including central line, ventilator management, and intubations during night shifts
- Flexibility to work a per diem schedule
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork and community health

- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
Job Duties
- Work in an open ICU environment with no required procedures during day shifts
- Provide night coverage including central line management, ventilator management, and intubations
- Collaborate closely with hospital staff and departments to ensure smooth transitions of care
- Participate as a member of a team of eight hospitalists providing comprehensive patient care
- Uphold clinical excellence and patient-centered care standards
- Contribute to community health initiatives in collaboration with the hospital and local partners
