Job Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- board certification or eligibility in hospital medicine or internal medicine
- valid medical license to practice in Arkansas
- availability for 12-hour night shifts on a 7 on/7 off schedule
- ability to manage acute patient care and hospitalist duties independently
- H1B sponsorship eligibility if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- board certification or eligibility in hospital medicine or internal medicine
- valid medical license to practice in Arkansas
- experience in hospital medicine preferred
- strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Provide overnight hospitalist care
- manage acute patient conditions during night shifts
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- monitor patient progress and initiate treatment plans
- respond to hospital emergencies during shift
- communicate effectively with day teams and specialists
- ensure continuity of patient care between shifts
