Job Requirements
- board certified or eligible in family medicine, emergency medicine, or internal medicine
- valid medical license to practice in the state of Washington
- ability to build and maintain a patient panel
- commitment to delivering outstanding bedside manner
- capacity to work flexible schedules
- willingness to serve primarily senior patients
- eligibility to participate in a concierge medicine model
Job Qualifications
- board certified or eligible in family medicine, emergency medicine, or internal medicine
- proven ability to develop strong patient relationships
- experience in outpatient or concierge medicine preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- dedication to patient-centered care
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- see between 3-8 patients a day in person including some in assisted living facilities
- maintain a small patient panel with the ability to expand for higher compensation
- provide personalized and high-quality patient care focused on seniors
- collaborate with a collegial group of physicians
- manage patient care autonomously with flexible scheduling
- demonstrate outstanding bedside manner
- participate in membership-based concierge medicine model
