Job Requirements
- Physician licensed to practice medicine in current state
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics if applicable
- Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty
- Eligible to participate as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
- Meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care
- Collaborate with other family physicians and advanced practice providers
- Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management
- Work with embedded social workers and care managers to support at-risk patients
- Maintain flexible scheduling and minimize on-call responsibilities
- Participate in continuing medical education and career development activities
- Ensure compliance with all professional and legal requirements for practice
