Job Requirements
- Valid medical license to practice in Louisiana
- Completion of a Family Medicine residency
- Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Experience in women’s health and gynecological procedures
- Ability to work part-time schedule averaging 2.5 days per week
- Commitment to patient-centered care and quality outcomes
- Good standing with medical board
Job Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Practitioner
- Experience with women’s health
- Proficiency in performing in-office gynecological procedures
- Ability to use EPIC electronic medical records
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in resident education preferred
Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive family medicine services including women's health and in-office gynecological procedures
- Collaborate with primary care providers and community specialists for patient referrals
- Participate in shared clinic call schedules
- Use EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and patient management
- Oversee Family Medicine residents during gynecology rotations
- Manage a high patient volume efficiently
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and best practices
