Job Requirements
- Unrestricted Wisconsin Medical Licensure required by the start date
- Board eligibility or certification through the American Board of Emergency Medicine
- Completion of accredited Emergency Medicine residency program
- Ability to meet all flight occupational requirements including pre-employment and annual physical agility assessments, vision, hearing, and weight checks
- Part-time availability for onsite work at designated campus locations
- Willingness to undergo caregiver checks under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years
- MD or DO degree or equivalent

- MD or DO degree or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency training program
- Board eligibility or board certification through the American Board of Emergency Medicine by the start date
- Unrestricted Wisconsin Medical Licensure by the start date
- Ability to meet all flight occupational requirements including physical agility, vision, and hearing assessments
- Fellowship training in Retrieval and Critical Care Transport, Critical Care Medicine, or EMS Medicine preferred
- Prior prehospital and critical care transport clinical experience preferred
- For Clinical Associate Professor rank, meeting departmental and school guidelines for promotion
Job Duties
- Provide advanced retrieval and critical care transport for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients
- Transport patients by air and ground ensuring safety and quality care
- Collaborate with flight nurses, respiratory therapists, pilots, and dispatchers as part of an integrated team
- Perform both scene response and interfacility transports using advanced therapies and equipment
- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows through supervised clinical care, didactic sessions, small groups, and simulation activities
- Participate in departmental and institutional service activities including meetings, training, and administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and occupational health requirements related to flight and critical care transport
