Job Requirements
- licensed physician assistant or nurse practitioner
- ability to commit to full-time hours monday through friday 9 am to 5 pm
- prior experience in direct primary care or concierge medicine preferred
- strong organizational and communication skills
- commitment to patient-centered and integrative care
- ability to handle electronic medical records and patient portals
- willingness to participate in occasional light business development
- clean professional background
- positive and motivated attitude
Job Qualifications
- physician assistant or nurse practitioner license
- experience in primary care preferred
- knowledge of longevity or integrative medicine is a plus
- ability to manage patient relationships with warmth and patience
- skills in clinical charting and medication management
- comfortable with IV infusions and phlebotomy
- interest in weight-loss management and lifestyle coaching
- good communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
Job Duties
- serve as Dr. Linebarger's clinical partner and right hand
- conduct primary care visits such as PAPs, mental health check-ins, hypertension, and common acute concerns
- manage medical weight-loss patients including biweekly or monthly check-ins, progress monitoring, GLP-1 medication guidance, and lifestyle coaching
- answer patient messages through the portal with a friendly and supportive tone
- accurate and timely charting
- handle medication refills and prior authorizations
- perform IV infusions and basic phlebotomy
- optional neurotoxin injectable treatments
- see an average of 4 to 10 patients per day
- participate in light business development and marketing
