Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
  • Licensure in the practicing state
  • Minimum 5 years relevant clinical or technical experience
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
  • Pass mandatory TB screening if selected
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in patient care
  • Ability to work standard clinic hours Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Location-specific work at Shreveport, Louisiana clinic

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
  • 5 or more years of clinical or technical experience
  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
  • Passionate about improving consumer experiences
  • Preferred specialty in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics or Family Medicine

Job Duties

  • Serve as a lead physician within a team-based care environment
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services including wellness visits, chronic condition management, and minor injury treatment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team members such as advanced practice clinicians, pharmacists, nurses, and behavioral health specialists
  • Utilize data analytics and coordinated care tools to enhance patient outcomes
  • Spend increased time with patients to deliver personalized, high-quality care
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to elevate patient care standards
  • Engage with community resources to support patient well-being beyond the clinic setting
