Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
- Licensure in the practicing state
- Minimum 5 years relevant clinical or technical experience
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Pass mandatory TB screening if selected
- Commitment to continuous improvement in patient care
- Ability to work standard clinic hours Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Location-specific work at Shreveport, Louisiana clinic
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- 5 or more years of clinical or technical experience
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
- Passionate about improving consumer experiences
- Preferred specialty in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics or Family Medicine
Job Duties
- Serve as a lead physician within a team-based care environment
- Provide comprehensive primary care services including wellness visits, chronic condition management, and minor injury treatment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team members such as advanced practice clinicians, pharmacists, nurses, and behavioral health specialists
- Utilize data analytics and coordinated care tools to enhance patient outcomes
- Spend increased time with patients to deliver personalized, high-quality care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to elevate patient care standards
- Engage with community resources to support patient well-being beyond the clinic setting
