Job Requirements
- Active PT license
- BLS CPR certification
- Comfort with basic technology such as email, texting, tablets, and EMR systems
- Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Qualifications

- BLS CPR certification
- Experience working with geriatric or adult patients in physical therapy
- Familiarity with rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise techniques
- Strong communication and patient education skills
Job Duties
- Deliver in-home physical therapy services
- Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
- Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs for adult and geriatric patients
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation
