Job Requirements
- Active PT license
- BLS CPR certification
- comfortable with basic tech including email, texting, tablets, and EMR systems with training provided
- reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
- ability to work flexible schedule
- physical ability to perform home visits and therapy exercises
Job Qualifications
- Licensed physical therapist with active PT license
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently
- proficiency with basic technology including email, texting, tablets, and EMR systems
- experience in geriatrics or home health physical therapy preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver in-home physical therapy services
- evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
- implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs for adult and geriatric patients
- educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
- maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation
