Job Duties
- Clean and maintain assigned areas inside/outside the facility
- wash, load, unload, and organize dishes, trays, glassware, and equipment
- receive, separate, and process items from catering carts
- properly discard disposables
- distribute clean equipment to departments as needed
- report issues or equipment concerns
- ensure compliance with FDA, HACCP, and company quality standards
