Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must have attention to detail

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret and comprehend menu and flight galley specifications
- Professional interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to apply safety standards and guidelines
- Ability to work in extreme heat or cold environments
- Ability to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for entire work shifts
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes
- Ability to handle equipment manually
- Flexible to work a 24/7 schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of on-the-job driver training and obtaining SIDA and Customs Seal
Job Duties
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with LSG Sky Chefs management and airline ramp and operations personnel
- Assign and dispatch drivers and reassign as necessary
- Stay informed of flight activity, schedule, and gate changes and act accordingly
- Ensure timely and safe catering of all flights
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and escalate to management as needed
- Use quality forms for American Airlines and report daily feedback of flight checks discoveries
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, FDA, HACCP, SOP, and other regulations
