Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in cold environment below 30-degree temperatures for 8+ hours a day
- Must be able to follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Must have legal authorization to work in the country
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or catering preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards including USDA, FDA, and HACCP
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Responsible for preparing, assembling and packing raw and/or cooked food items in accordance with specifications and USDA/FDA/HACCP standards
- Performs job duties in a timely manner to ensure smooth and efficient production flow
- Washes, cleans, and cuts raw food products in accordance with established Company and Customer procedures
- Keeps kitchen and work areas clean, sanitary, and well maintained
- Maintains proper temperatures of all food products
- Assumes other related duties as required or assigned
