Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work in cold environment below 30-degree temperatures for 8+ hours a day
  • Must be able to follow all safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the country
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or catering preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards including USDA, FDA, and HACCP
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Responsible for preparing, assembling and packing raw and/or cooked food items in accordance with specifications and USDA/FDA/HACCP standards
  • Performs job duties in a timely manner to ensure smooth and efficient production flow
  • Washes, cleans, and cuts raw food products in accordance with established Company and Customer procedures
  • Keeps kitchen and work areas clean, sanitary, and well maintained
  • Maintains proper temperatures of all food products
  • Assumes other related duties as required or assigned
