Job Requirements

  • Must have a Commercial Driver License (Class A or B)
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work overtime when required
  • Ability to speak, read and understand English
  • Comply with all work rules and regulations
  • Must pass a criminal background check and an airport/TSA background check
  • Able to pass a DOT pre-employment physical test
  • Must be physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
  • Must be able to lift and push over 50 pounds
  • Must be able to use hands to handle equipment
  • Willingness to relocate to Phoenix, AZ prior to starting work

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a Commercial Driver License (Class A or B)
  • Ability to speak, read and understand English
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to pass a basic written test
  • Ability to handle dry ice
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required

Job Duties

  • Gather all necessary equipment for assigned flight
  • Verify flights documentation to ensure correct items are loaded before heading to ramp
  • Interact with other customer service team members to identify and solve problems
  • Interface with flight attendants and provide excellent customer service
  • Comply with all operating and safety procedures regarding driving, positioning the unit at the planes, securing the work platform, loading and unloading carts on and off the planes
  • Dispose of domestic and international trash based on CBP regulated guidelines
  • Follow direction, meet tight deadlines, and communicate with vendor airline crew as necessary
