Job Requirements
- Must have a Commercial Driver License (Class A or B)
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Ability to speak, read and understand English
- Comply with all work rules and regulations
- Must pass a criminal background check and an airport/TSA background check
- Able to pass a DOT pre-employment physical test
- Must be physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
- Must be able to lift and push over 50 pounds
- Must be able to use hands to handle equipment
- Willingness to relocate to Phoenix, AZ prior to starting work
Job Qualifications
- Must have a Commercial Driver License (Class A or B)
- Ability to speak, read and understand English
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to pass a basic written test
- Ability to handle dry ice
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
Job Duties
- Gather all necessary equipment for assigned flight
- Verify flights documentation to ensure correct items are loaded before heading to ramp
- Interact with other customer service team members to identify and solve problems
- Interface with flight attendants and provide excellent customer service
- Comply with all operating and safety procedures regarding driving, positioning the unit at the planes, securing the work platform, loading and unloading carts on and off the planes
- Dispose of domestic and international trash based on CBP regulated guidelines
- Follow direction, meet tight deadlines, and communicate with vendor airline crew as necessary
