Job Requirements
- Reside in Springfield, MO or surrounding cities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and travel
- Pass additional background and health screenings as required
- Consistent access to cell phone and internet service
- May need to complete state specific screenings
- Four-year degree or equivalent preferred for leadership role

Job Duties
- Oversee and inspire team of photographers during school photo events
- Manage photo day logistics and photographer scheduling
- Coordinate equipment storage, organization, and pickups
- Partner with HR for hiring and conduct interviews
- Provide training and on-the-job guidance to new hires
- Attend and lead weekly virtual team meetings
- Work as photographer or event lead during peak days
- Ensure smooth operations and troubleshooting during events
