Job Requirements
- Reside in Louisville, KY or surrounding area
- Ability to work hybrid schedule
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and travel locally
- Access to dependable cell phone and internet
- Completed background and health screenings as required
- Reliable transportation suitable for equipment
- Availability June through November with potential extension
- Physical stamina to handle demanding work days
Job Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven leadership experience managing teams
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and learning new programs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with reliable insured vehicle
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to interact positively with students of all ages
Job Duties
- Oversee and inspire a team of photographers
- Manage photo day logistics and scheduling
- Coordinate equipment storage, organization, and pickups
- Partner with HR to conduct interviews and hire photographers
- Conduct team training and provide ongoing guidance
- Attend and lead weekly virtual team meetings
- Participate as photographer or event lead during peak events
