Job Requirements
- Education level of a four-year degree or equivalent experience
- prior leadership experience in managing teams
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- exceptional organizational skills
- computer literacy and adaptability to new technologies
- physical capacity to handle equipment
- availability to work flexible hours and travel locally
- possession of a valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- willingness to complete background and health screenings as per state policies
- ability to maintain professional appearance and conduct
- reliable communication tools for remote and onsite coordination
Job Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, customer service, and business experience
- proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance
- exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and liaise with clients
- strong organizational ability with attention to detail
- proficiency with computers and ability to quickly learn new software
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- flexible schedule availability including early mornings and evenings
- valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- comfort working in school environments with students of all ages
- professional appearance and demeanor
- consistent access to reliable cell phone and internet service
Job Duties
- Oversee and inspire a team of photographers to capture school photo events
- manage photo day logistics including scheduling and equipment coordination
- provide training and on-the-job guidance to new hires
- partner with HR to recruit and hire photographers
- ensure adherence to JostensPIX photography standards and attendance policies
- lead weekly virtual team meetings to maintain clear communication
- participate as a photographer or event lead during peak photo days to provide on-site support
