Job Requirements
- Reside in Columbia, SC or surrounding cities
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with remote and onsite duties
- Willingness to travel within assigned school areas
- Ability to work early mornings and evenings
- Complete paid training including travel to Minnesota
- Pass additional background and health screenings as required
- Reliable transportation to manage equipment and travel
- Ability to physically manage equipment up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Must maintain professional appearance and standards
- Consistent access to cellular and internet service
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing teams
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience in education, customer service, or business
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle
- Experience working with school environments
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable access to cell phone and internet
Job Duties
- Oversee and inspire team of photographers capturing school moments
- Manage photo day logistics and scheduling of photographers
- Coordinate storage, organization, and shipment of photography equipment
- Partner with HR to conduct interviews and hire photographers
- Manage photographer schedules and school assignments
- Communicate event details to photographers and school contacts
- Attend and lead weekly virtual team meetings
- Provide hands-on support as photographer or event lead during peak times
- Manage expenses, overtime, and travel needs for photographers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth photo day operations
