Job Requirements

  • Reside in Columbia, SC or surrounding cities
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule with remote and onsite duties
  • Willingness to travel within assigned school areas
  • Ability to work early mornings and evenings
  • Complete paid training including travel to Minnesota
  • Pass additional background and health screenings as required
  • Reliable transportation to manage equipment and travel
  • Ability to physically manage equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
  • Must maintain professional appearance and standards
  • Consistent access to cellular and internet service

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience in education, customer service, or business
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle
  • Experience working with school environments
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable access to cell phone and internet

Job Duties

  • Oversee and inspire team of photographers capturing school moments
  • Manage photo day logistics and scheduling of photographers
  • Coordinate storage, organization, and shipment of photography equipment
  • Partner with HR to conduct interviews and hire photographers
  • Manage photographer schedules and school assignments
  • Communicate event details to photographers and school contacts
  • Attend and lead weekly virtual team meetings
  • Provide hands-on support as photographer or event lead during peak times
  • Manage expenses, overtime, and travel needs for photographers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth photo day operations
