Job Requirements
- Clear and confident phone presence with strong customer service skills
- ability to multitask between phone, computer, and multiple systems
- reliability for the Sunday-Thursday, 8 PM-4 AM shift
- discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
- must be 21+
- bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- ability to obtain TAM Card (Alcohol Awareness) and Sheriff Card

Job Duties
- Answer and route high-volume calls with professionalism
- provide accurate information on hours, pricing, dress code, and packages
- create and confirm guest lists and reservations
- sell VIP packages and earn commission on package sales
- assist guests with arrival coordination, transportation arrangements, and door entry information
- document all calls and reservation details accurately
- respond to SMS/voicemail messages promptly
- notify management about high-priority calls or incidents (lost & found, complaints, 86'd guests)
- maintain end-of-shift call log and notes for handoff
