Job Requirements

  • Clear and confident phone presence with strong customer service skills
  • ability to multitask between phone, computer, and multiple systems
  • reliability for the Sunday-Thursday, 8 PM-4 AM shift
  • discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
  • must be 21+
  • bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • ability to obtain TAM Card (Alcohol Awareness) and Sheriff Card

Job Duties

  • Answer and route high-volume calls with professionalism
  • provide accurate information on hours, pricing, dress code, and packages
  • create and confirm guest lists and reservations
  • sell VIP packages and earn commission on package sales
  • assist guests with arrival coordination, transportation arrangements, and door entry information
  • document all calls and reservation details accurately
  • respond to SMS/voicemail messages promptly
  • notify management about high-priority calls or incidents (lost & found, complaints, 86'd guests)
  • maintain end-of-shift call log and notes for handoff
