Job Duties

  • Delivering unrivaled customer service with each client interaction
  • Determining customer needs by asking appropriate questions and directing customers to the appropriate department
  • Communicating with customers and co-workers via phone and email
  • Operating multi-line phone systems efficiently
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Standing or walking short distances as needed throughout the work shift
