- Flexible availability working any day from 7am to 12am including weekends and holidays
- Previous phone operator experience
- Computer knowledge and experience
- Ability to work alone and with others
- Customer service experience with excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Guarantee the smooth operation and handling of all telephone communication
- Provide quick, well organized, polite telephone services to guests and hotel staff
- Answer external and internal calls to and from the hotel
- Direct guests to shuttle pick up locations
- Receive and dispatch guest requests
- Dispatch emergency services as needed in coordination with airport resources
- Maintain professionalism through the entirety of the shift
