Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • facilitate classroom learning for new flight attendants
  • conduct hands-on safety drills including evacuations, ditching, and firefighting
  • provide constructive feedback to trainees to enhance performance
  • collaborate with operations leadership and safety compliance managers
  • conduct in-flight checks and compliance audits
  • support onboarding and mentorship programs for new hires
  • ensure adherence to safety and service standards
