Job Duties
- facilitate classroom learning for new flight attendants
- conduct hands-on safety drills including evacuations, ditching, and firefighting
- provide constructive feedback to trainees to enhance performance
- collaborate with operations leadership and safety compliance managers
- conduct in-flight checks and compliance audits
- support onboarding and mentorship programs for new hires
- ensure adherence to safety and service standards
