Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
  • take messages accurately
  • provide general information about the college including addresses and directions
  • greet on-site visitors and determine the nature of their business
  • announce visitor arrival to appropriate staff
  • perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation
  • run errands as needed
  • collaborate with Phoenix Center Director and staff to support college goals
