  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Highly organized and detail oriented

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of front desk or receptionist experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and Outlook
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional and courteous manner
  • Certified Notary Public preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist walk-in members addressing basic questions and concerns with professionalism
  • Provide friendly and efficient front desk support ensuring a positive member experience
  • Log incoming and outgoing mail maintaining accurate records
  • Record and track incoming checks with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Provide administrative support to the Member Services Division and other departments as needed
  • Maintain a neat organized and professional reception area
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
