Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of front desk or receptionist experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly organized and detail oriented

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and Outlook
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional and courteous manner
- Certified Notary Public preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and assist walk-in members addressing basic questions and concerns with professionalism
- Provide friendly and efficient front desk support ensuring a positive member experience
- Log incoming and outgoing mail maintaining accurate records
- Record and track incoming checks with accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide administrative support to the Member Services Division and other departments as needed
- Maintain a neat organized and professional reception area
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
