Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership position
  • Experience working in upscale or high-volume restaurant environments
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation standards
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Effective leadership and team-building skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities ensuring food quality and consistency
  • Manage inventory control including ordering and food cost management
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff and chefs to perform at their highest potential
  • Collaborate with executive chef to innovate and maintain culinary standards
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor kitchen operations to meet service deadlines and guest expectations
