Job Requirements

  • minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 years of flight attendant experience with a major international airline
  • experience in a leadership or purser role preferred
  • fluency in English
  • knowledge of Mandarin is a significant advantage
  • must pass medical examination
  • must pass background check
  • availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to complete paid Cabin Senior leadership training in Beijing

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven track record of leadership roles such as purser or senior flight attendant
  • fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
  • meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • able to pass comprehensive medical and background checks

Job Duties

  • manage the cabin crew
  • ensure all safety procedures are followed
  • oversee premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
  • lead pre-flight briefings
  • manage crew performance
  • be the primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues
  • handle in-flight emergencies
