Job Requirements
- minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years of flight attendant experience with a major international airline
- experience in a leadership or purser role preferred
- fluency in English
- knowledge of Mandarin is a significant advantage
- must pass medical examination
- must pass background check
- availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to complete paid Cabin Senior leadership training in Beijing
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven track record of leadership roles such as purser or senior flight attendant
- fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
- meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- able to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
Job Duties
- manage the cabin crew
- ensure all safety procedures are followed
- oversee premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
- lead pre-flight briefings
- manage crew performance
- be the primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues
- handle in-flight emergencies
