Job Requirements

  • Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements including age and licensure
  • Complete required company training within designated timeframe
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
  • Ability to concentrate on tasks and pivot quickly between duties
  • Demonstrate effective communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to use math to solve basic pharmacy problems
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle items safely
  • Ability to follow all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Willingness to work in multiple store locations as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in high school or equivalency program
  • Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements including age, education, and licensure/certification
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to use mathematical reasoning for prescription processing
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Previous experience in pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
  • Assist with prescription fulfillment to ensure accuracy and safety
  • Engage with patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone with empathy and care
  • Complete basic inventory activities including medication delivery organization and cycle counts
  • Adhere to all SOPs and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing pharmacy team
  • Participate in training and certification programs, including immunization support where applicable
