Job Requirements
- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements including age and licensure
- Complete required company training within designated timeframe
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
- Ability to concentrate on tasks and pivot quickly between duties
- Demonstrate effective communication and active listening skills
- Ability to use math to solve basic pharmacy problems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle items safely
- Ability to follow all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Willingness to work in multiple store locations as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in high school or equivalency program
- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements including age, education, and licensure/certification
- Excellent attention to detail and focus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use mathematical reasoning for prescription processing
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Previous experience in pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
- Assist with prescription fulfillment to ensure accuracy and safety
- Engage with patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone with empathy and care
- Complete basic inventory activities including medication delivery organization and cycle counts
- Adhere to all SOPs and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing pharmacy team
- Participate in training and certification programs, including immunization support where applicable
