Job Requirements
- Meets all state requirements to work as a pharmacy technician such as minimum age, qualification, registration, certification, and or licensure when required by the State Board of Pharmacy
- must obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification issued by PTCB or NHA within 9 months of job entry

- knowledge of pharmacy software and automated dispensing systems
- strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Duties
- Process member purchases by operating cash registers and related hardware
- maintain merchandise presentation in the pharmacy by stocking, rotating, and organizing merchandise
- handle prescription data entry into pharmacy software
- assist pharmacists in the prescription fulfillment process by counting, measuring, mixing, and labeling medications
- provide member assistance during prescription pickup, verifying patient information and managing documentation
- monitor and resolve issues in the prescription fulfillment process, including insurance claims and inventory status
- complete work assignments and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and improve processes
